Huwelijksfotograaf in het Pajottenland voor David & Lia

Even though I shoot a wedding almost every week, there are definitely still times when I get very moved when two people who are so right for each other find one another and promise to spend the rest of their lives together. That’s all the more true when you’ve known the people for a long time, or -like in this case- my entire life. Indeed, my brother David getting married to his perfect match Lia, it was most definitely a special event. After getting ready and taking some wedding portraits in their new home, we headed to Alsemberg for the wedding ceremony. We all toasted their exchange of vows with some bubbles & sweets and then headed over to Herne where the rest of the festivities took place. The party was kicked off with an awesome gig by La Folie Julie which put the dance floor on fire and set the tone for the rest of the party: kick-ass! As the photos will show, they definitely set the standard pretty high. :) But let’s start with the beginning… here goes!
